Send the build with your budget and the games you play. It reaches us straight away, and no payment is taken on the site.

Confirm it
We check stock and the fit, suggest tweaks, and confirm the final price with you on WhatsApp or email.
Step 04
Build and tune
Assembled, stress-tested and tuned for temperature and noise, then handed over ready to play.

FAQ

What warranty do I get?

Pre-built PCs and custom builds have a one-year warranty on the whole build, covering faults from parts or our assembly. Used parts from the Upgrade Lab have a 7-day warranty.

How much is the deposit?

20% of the price, rounded up to the nearest S$10. We order parts or hold a build once it is paid. The deposit is non-refundable.

How do I pay?

PayNow, bank transfer, or Wise (credit card, fees apply). The balance is paid before or at collection or delivery.

Where do I collect, and do you deliver?

Collection is in Tengah, Singapore, by appointment, daily from 10am to 10pm. Delivery is S$50.

How long does a custom build take?

We aim to finish within one week of the last part arriving, and we tell you about any delay. Every build is assembled, tested and tuned, and comes with a build video.

Can you upgrade the PC I already have?

Yes. Tell us what you have on the Upgrade Lab page and what you want it to do better, and we will quote the upgrade.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes. Our build-only service assembles, tests and tunes a PC from parts you supply. The fee is in our Terms of sale.
